Temple Concord Sisterhood is a vibrant community of women dedicated to supporting our Temple, serving our wider community, and building meaningful connections with one another. Whether you’re looking for friendship, opportunities to give back, or ways to deepen your involvement in Temple life, Sisterhood welcomes you.

What We Do

Sisterhood’s work touches every corner of Temple Concord and beyond. Throughout the year, we:

Support Our Students & Families

  • Give gifts to B’Mitzvah and Confirmation students
  • Support Religious School students and teachers
  • Fund Temple Concord’s participation in PJ Library

Serve Our Community

  • Create blessing bags for women’s shelters
  • Provide Break-the-Fast preparations for Yom Kippur
  • Purchase needed kitchen equipment for the Temple

Celebrate & Connect

  • Host programs and events throughout the year
  • Provide holiday gifts to Temple staff
  • Build relationships and friendships among members

We’re also proud contributors to the Temple’s Capital Campaign and active members of the Federation of Women’s Clubs.
